[Membership Agreement]

Customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") who use the website (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated and managed by Miyawaki Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Miyawaki") and who have registered as members of Miyawaki (hereinafter referred to as "Members") shall use the services of the member-only page (hereinafter referred to as the "Member Page") in accordance with this membership agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Customers who use the Member Page are deemed to have agreed to the contents of this Agreement at the time of pressing the "Agree" button during registration.

In addition, Miyawaki may change this Agreement without notice. Regarding the revised Agreement, we will promptly post it on this Site and please check the latest content. Also, various provisions such as Miyawaki's privacy policy posted on this Site shall apply to Members

1. Purpose

We will use the personal information of our customers provided through inquiries or applications on our website for the following purposes, and will not use it for any other purposes without the customer's consent:
(1) Providing information about our products and services via Email, Telephone, or other ways
(2) Conducting surveys and marketing activities related to the use of our products and services, as well as the usage environment
(3) Providing information about exhibitions, events, seminars, campaigns, surveys, and other activities organized or participated by Miyawaki
(4) Corresponding to administrative communications and inquiries.

2. Membership registration

Customers who wish to register as members shall agree to this agreement and register as members from the new registration page.
Unless otherwise provided below, Miyawaki will approve the customer's membership registration:
・In the case of false information being provided during registration.
・For those who have previously withdrawn in accordance with this agreement.
・For individuals representing competing companies or similar businesses.
・For individuals deemed inappropriate as members by Miyawaki for any other reason

3. Personal Information

Miyawaki will obtain personal information as membership registration information at the time of registration.
The acquired personal information will be used only for the purposes specified in Article 1 of this agreement.
Regarding the handling of personal information, Miyawaki will handle it appropriately based on the "MIYAWAKI Inc. Privacy Policy" posted separately.
This policy sets out basic policies regarding the acquisition, use, provision, management, and protection of personal information, and will comply with laws and norms and take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, destruction, etc. of personal information.

4. Operating Environment

Our website uses SSL encryption communication. If you are using a browser that does not support SSL or have disabled SSL encryption, you may not be able to use our website.
To view our website comfortably, we recommend using the following environment. Some functions may not work correctly if viewed in an environment other than the following:

5. Changing Registered Information

Members are required to promptly make changes to their registered information, such as Address, Name, Company name, and Email address, through the "Change Registration Information" page within "My page" if any changes occur.
Members are able to confirm their registered information and make changes or withdraw their membership themselves.

6. Prohibited activities

When using the member page of this website, members shall not engage in the following activities in addition to the prohibited activities specified in other sections of these terms and conditions. If a member engages in any of the following activities, Miyawaki may at its discretion cancel the member's registration and require them to withdraw from membership.
・Disclosing Email addresses and passwords to third parties
・Prohibited activities specified in section 2 of the membership agreement.

7. Copyrights

The copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, and all other rights related to the member page belong to Miyawaki, unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized use (including use, reproduction, distribution, modification, etc.) of the member page information without the permission of Miyawaki is prohibited.

8. Responsibility

When using the member page, various usage environments may cause problems such as character garbling, data (file) loss, errors, interruptions, and unavailability. Miyawaki is not responsible for any damages incurred by members due to such problems and other issues.

9. Governing Law

The establishment, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by Japanese law.

10. Court of Jurisdiction

Regarding disputes between the member and Miyawaki related to the use of the member page, the Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

MIYAWAKI Inc. Privacy Policy
Miyawaki Inc protects and handles customer's personal information appropriately, based on the following privacy policy, under the principle of respecting human rights.

1. 1. We will limit the collection and use of personal information to the extent necessary for fair business activities and handle it appropriately.
2. 2. We will take reasonable security measures and necessary corrective actions to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information held by Miyawaki.
3. 3. We will comply with laws and other regulations related to personal information.
4. 4. We will continually review and strive to improve our efforts for personal information protection.
